Designer's Notes
This kitchen started from scratch. The wall to the family room was removed, as well as existing cabinets and appliances. The flat ceiling was replaced with soffits and a vaulted ceiling with recessed halogen lights. The new layout provided a peninsula with storage in the kitchen and seating in the family room. New cherry cabinets, appliances, tile backsplash, granite counter and wood plank flooring complete the warm and functional space.
