Designer's Notes
Modern appliances feel right at home in this recaptured 1920's California bungalow home. The cabinets, linoleum flooring, subway tile backsplash and lighting take us back to this charming period of American architecture. Function and time-saving was important for the family of four. The microwave was placed at a kid-friendly height, while the laundry was brought upstairs from the basement. The adjacent dining table brings the family together for meals, homework and games.
